Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx)
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping Fee: $12.95 USD
- Tracking: Included
DHL and FedEx provide reliable international shipping with end-to-end tracking, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
Free Shipping (EMS)
- Delivery Time: 12–24 business days
- Shipping Fee: Free on orders over $50 USD
- Orders below $50 USD may be charged the applicable shipping fee at checkout.
- Tracking: Included
EMS is an economical shipping option for customers who prefer reduced shipping costs and are comfortable with longer transit times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, excluding:
- Countries and regions within Asia
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas where delivery services are unavailable or significantly restricted

Packaging & Shipment Protection
Many of our products, including tents, camping equipment, cookware, and outdoor accessories, require careful handling during transit. To help ensure safe delivery:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and product.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment. Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
